Have You Encountered Roadblocks In Your Partnership?
Strengthen your relationship through compassionate understanding and deeper connection
Are your needs not getting met in your intimate relationship? Does your connection with your partner lack safety, acceptance, or trust Would you benefit from a safe, neutral atmosphere where you could open up and have tough conversations?
You and your partner may be having the same arguments, or are looking elsewhere for comfort when what you’re really seeking is the comfort of one another. It may be that the tension between you has grown so strong, you are beginning to consider separation or divorce.
What to Expect
Couples therapy provides a safe space to work through challenges, understand each other more deeply, and rebuild your connection
Your First Session

I'll help you identify patterns and create a roadmap for healing and growth together.

Occasionally, individual sessions may be beneficial to address personal parts or wounds affecting the relationship.

IFS for Couples: A Unique Approach
Understanding that both partners have protective parts transforms how you relate to each other
When your partner says something hurtful, it's often a protective part speaking—not their true Self. When you react defensively, that's your protective parts responding too.
In IFS couples therapy, you'll learn to recognize when parts are activated, understand what they're protecting, and access each partner's compassionate Self to create healing conversations.
This approach helps you move from blame and reactivity to curiosity and compassion—the foundation of a secure, loving relationship.
